- Contact your student’s current school counselor and ask for an application.
- Fill out the application and return it to your student’s counselor.
- Pathways' staff will then set up an interview with you and your student to see if Pathways is a good fit.
- Parents will then be notified if their student’s application is accepted or if Pathways cannot meet student’s needs.
